Tutorial make molding

       The steps undertaken in this video tutorial:

 

• Once the model is ready to be done, pour the silicone rubber to taste (preferably little by little). Then pour the liquid catalyst also taste (usually quite 5% of liquid silicone). Stir until blended properly, as this will affect the level of dryness than silicone rubber.

• After all (model) we basting with liquid silicone rubber that has been mixed with a catalyst (hardener), wait a few minutes, until the silicone rubber semi-dry ...

• Repeat the process No. 3, to the thickness we need (try about 1 cm above the model, it is due to the flexibility and durability of silicone rubber later.

• If all we have done, let stand several hours until the silicone rubber really dry, and not sticky to the touch, then the printing process is complete.
